Real Goods Solar Completes Merger With Alteris
Real Goods recently offered net-revenue guidance for 2011 of $110 million, and said it expects $180 million of net revenue for 2012, excluding acquisitions. The company said it plans to centralize operations in Louisville.

Tri-State Board Policy 117 limits member co-op generation to 5%.
