C-SPRINGS ENERGY OWNER SETTLES SEC FRAUD CASE

DENVER — A Colorado Springs man and his two oil and gas companies have agreed to pay $510,000 to settle civil fraud allegations, the Securities and Exchange Commission said yesterday.
