Enviro Groups Want Lawsuit on RES Dismissed
Environment Colorado, the Colorado Environmental Coalition, the Wilderness Society and the Sierra Club argued in court documents that the plaintiffs don’t have standing to sue. A judge hasn’t ruled yet on their motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
