State Land Board Approves Oil and Gas Lease with ConocoPhillips at Lowry Range
In addition to the company’s stewardship commitment, ConocoPhillips was the highest bidder, with a lease agreement worth $137 million - the largest per-acre mineral lease price ever for the land board - and a 20 percent royalty on the resources produced.
